There is yoga in practice on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM and on Thursdays from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. The lessons are given by Fleur Steenborg, Thierry Ananda and Mieke Eerenstein. We believe that yoga, conscious breathing and meditation help positively influence your health,
