Feedback or complaint

We believe it is important that we can help you properly and that you are satisfied with our care. Despite our good intentions and efforts, you may feel that we have approached or treated you carelessly or incorrectly. We would like to hear from you if you are not satisfied and invite you to discuss this with us.
Make an appointment with us to clarify the problem. This usually solves a lot.
If we cannot jointly reach a satisfactory solution for you, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of theĀ SKGE. There are no costs associated with the complaints procedure.

Practical Information

All consultations by patients with Dutch insurance are invoiced directly to the insurer. You can find the rates on the website of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the Nza.
